Delivery Policy

  • Free and Next-Day Metro Delivery:

    benefit from free shipping when you select standard delivery at checkout. In Melbourne metro areas, place your orders for furniture and mattress before 5PM on weekdays to qualify for Next-Day delivery, provided items are in stock (excluding pre-sale items). Check the availability and estimated delivery times for your area by adding an item to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

  • Regional and Rural Delivery:

  1. Regional Areas: Expect your delivery to arrive within 3-12 business days. $80 delivery fee which is non-refundable upon product returns. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with every order, please be aware that the initial delivery fee cannot be refunded in case of a return. 

  2. Rural Areas: Really apologize that we currently do not offer delivery services to rural areas. However, we welcome pickups for our rural customers. Please contact us at order@avonest.com.au for more information on arranging a pickup.

    • Delivery Tracking and Scheduling:

      You can track the progress of your delivery using the shipping order number provided in your confirmation email. If you need to update your delivery details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at order@avonest.com.au. Our customer service team is committed to assisting you and will make the necessary changes as quickly as possible.   

    • Holiday and Public Holiday Deliveries:

    Please note that we do not schedule deliveries on public holidays. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding deliveries during the holidays, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at order@avonest.com.au, and we will be happy to help.
